appreciated my real good stay on holiday. the room was a nice size and included a microwave, central heating, and an iron. it had very clean beds and a magnificent view of lake. the location of the hotel was handy and comfortable - just a pleasant stroll away from the spa rotorua. by the way, a garden and a park were a short walk to the place.

We loved the spacious rooms, perfect for our family, and the stunning panoramic views of the lake from the second floor. The hotel's location by the lake was ideal, close to all the main attractions but tucked away from the busy city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided all the necessary amenities in the well-equipped bathrooms. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast options to start the day off right.
All was fine, no complaints.

We felt that the hotel was a bit too warm, however better to be too warm than too cold. We felt that the bathroom could have done with some attention and renovation
